In consideration of renting a bounce house and any other associated equipment from Mr. Bounce, LLC (“Mr. Bounce”), and participating in bounce house-related activities, including but not limited to bouncing, sliding, and participating in obstacle courses (collectively, the “Activities”), I represent that I, the children in my care, and any invited guests understand the nature of the Activities and are qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such Activities. I acknowledge that if I, or any other persons who use the equipment while in my possession, believe Activities are unsafe, I, the children in my care, and my invited guests will immediately discontinue participation in such Activities.

I fully understand that the Activities involve risks of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death, which may be caused by my own actions or inactions, actions of others participating in the Activities, the conditions in which the Activities take place, or the negligence of the “Releasees” named below. I further understand that there may be other risks either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time. I, on behalf of myself, the children in my care, and any invited guests, fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of participation in the Activities.

I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Mr. Bounce its respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which the Activities take place (collectively, the “Releasees”), from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations. I further agree that if, despite this release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk, I, any of my invited guests, or any person on my and/or my child’s or guests’ behalf makes a claim against any of the Releasees, I will indemnify and hold harmless each of the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost which any may incur as the result of such claim.
